Please note all custom items, all mystery items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
100% Happy Policy
If you're not 100% happy with any DotcomVintage product, you can send it back within 60 days of receiving it. Products must be sent back unworn and unwashed, in the condition they arrived. The item cost (excluding shipping fees) will be refunded once received, or may be exchanged for another item of similar size or equal value. Credit card refunds can take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your bank, and PayPal refunds and received instantly.
Product Returns
To return any product email support@dotcomvintage.com to request a Return Authorization Form. You may not return a product without this form as we require these to process returns.
Products must be sent back unworn and unwashed, in the condition they arrived.
Return shipping costs are not provided. We recommend using a registered mail service with tracking to ensure delivery as we cannot be liable for lost items in the mail. Please use Canada Post or USPS for shipping. We will not accept returns from couriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.) as these incur customs and delivery charges.
Defective Products
We will replace or refund any item that arrives defective. Email a photo of the product defection to support@dotcomvintage.com and include your order ID.
